Tehran is willing to resume nuclear negotiations with the United States on condition that it is approached with "dignity" and "respect", Tehran's top diplomat has stated.

The Iranian diplomat said solely negotiations produced results, and disclosed new appeals had come from go-betweens to restart negotiations with the US government. He said Iran had zero unreported enrichment locations, and Iran could not yet authorize the UN nuclear inspectorate to access attacked atomic facilities for safety concerns.
